Grid-Connected: Guizhou Province’s First Grid-Forming Energy Storage Power Station
Located in Zhenfeng County, Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, this project covers a total area of approximately 25 mu and is designated as a major provincial project for 2025. With a planned capacity of 100 MW/200 MWh, it will employ lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage systems. The storage facility comprises four sub-systems, each consisting of 40 energy storage units rated at 2.5 MW/5 MWh, and is supported by a 220-kV step-up substation equipped with a single 100 MVA main transformer. Power from the facility will be transmitted via a single 220-kV transmission line.
Luohe Mine Photovoltaic Energy Storage Project
Recently, the Luohé Mine photovoltaic power generation project completed grid-connection commissioning and was officially put into operation. Leveraging an innovative model that combines “the introduction of social capital” with “the revitalization of mining-area land resources,” a 3.35 MW photovoltaic power generation system and a 15 MW/30.09 MWh energy storage power station have been constructed, thereby establishing a new operational paradigm for coordinated generation and storage.
