Basic Qualifications

Legal qualifications
The agent is a locally registered independent legal entity with complete procedures and no bad business records; the agent is a legal resident of the local area with no illegal or criminal record or bad industry experience.

Range adaptation
The agent's business scope includes power equipment and related categories or has the qualification for sales and service of industrial equipment; the agent is familiar with the local industrial market and has relevant professional experience.

Financially sound
The agent has sufficient working capital to cover operating costs and provides anonymized financial statements for the past 1-2 years; the agent has certain capital reserves to cover initial development investment.
Industry experience and resources
Customer resources
If you have core customer resources and established channels in local mines, factories, and industrial parks, we will give priority to those with long-term partnerships with large industrial groups.
Professional experience
More than 3 years of experience in sales and agency of power/industrial equipment, familiar with product characteristics, industry standards, local market demands, and environmental protection policies.
Supporting resources
Distributors with local warehousing and logistics capabilities or stable cooperative channels, and those with equipment installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance resources will be given priority.
Operational capabilities
Market Operations
Able to independently conduct market research, customer acquisition, and business negotiations; agents need to have a professional sales team that can develop marketing plans and participate in bidding.
Product Promotion
Willing to delve into product knowledge and provide customers with professional consultation, selection advice, and solutions to meet their needs.
After-sales service
Distributors need to establish local after-sales systems, respond to customer needs in a timely manner, and strictly adhere to brand service standards.
Compliant operation
Be familiar with local trade regulations and regulatory requirements, strictly adhere to the agency agreement, and do not sell competing products or disclose trade secrets.

Priority conditions
Possess membership in power/industry associations, or have experience in bidding for government or industrial park projects;
Previously acted as an agent for similar products from well-known brands, with excellent performance;
Possesses multilingual communication skills;
They possess exclusive resources and mature experience in emerging markets or specific scenarios such as Africa and Southeast Asia.
